OUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

After you receive your order, you have 7 days to look at and examine and if you should decide to return it, you must email us to obtain an “RMA” before we will accept any returns or exchanges

Once you have received your “RMA” you may proceed with your return or exchange. Obtaining an “RMA” allows us to better track and quickly process your exchange or return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and refunds will be issued less our shipping fee. All items must be returned in the original condition in the original packaging. If you ship your returned merchandise without an “RMA”, in used condition, or have exceeded the 7 day window, your return will be refused. Ship insured items, along with a copy of your invoice with the “RMA” # written on it, and the “RMA” # clearly marked on the return shipping label to:
